How long does the preservation process take?
The full preservation process typically takes 4–6 weeks. We'll keep you updated throughout and notify you as soon as your gown is ready.
Do I need to clean my gown before bringing it in?
No — please do not attempt to clean your gown beforehand. We handle all cleaning as part of the preservation process using methods safe for delicate bridal fabrics.
What areas do you serve?
We serve brides throughout Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. Drop-off consultations are available by appointment at our Silver Spring location.
Can you preserve veils, shoes, and accessories too?
Yes! Our Heirloom Package includes preservation of your veil, shoes, and accessories alongside your gown, all stored together in one archival box.
