Who We Are
Preserving memories for over 20 years collectively
Maryland Gown Preservation was founded with a single purpose: to ensure that the gown you wore on your most cherished day remains as beautiful decades from now as it was the moment you put it on.
Every gown receives the highest level of care through museum-quality archival cleaning techniques that help preserve its beauty, structure, and memories for generations to come. Once expertly preserved, your gown is placed in an elegant polypropylene preservation container, thoughtfully protected with muslin lining inside and out, ensuring your cherished dress remains a timeless heirloom to be treasured for decades and passed down to those you love.
We serve brides across Maryland & Washington, DC, and our collective group of preservation specialists are located in various locations throughout the US. Our sister company is in Miami, Florida, and other locations include California, Idaho, Ohio, Missouri, and Texas, which have all preserved over 1,000 gowns jointly for families who trust us with their most irreplaceable memories.

Quality control is our #1 concern. We have employees who've been with us for years. We keep our business in-house and simple, offering you a great product at an affordable cost.
We are a small, family-owned business. Our goal is to change the way brides feel when investing into gown preservation. You should feel educated and confident with your experience, knowing your dress is in great hands.
We handle all our business locally in Maryland. We do not ship your gown anywhere! Beware of companies who send your gown out of state to be processed.

Our Process
Crafted with care at every step
Consultation & Drop-Off
We assess your gown, discuss any stains or concerns, and walk you through the best preservation option for your specific gown.
Expert Cleaning & Treatment
Our specialists hand-clean or dry-clean your gown using museum-quality archival techniques that protect against yellowing and deterioration. We then carefully package your gown and/or veil with the acid-free tissue and add the muslin fabric inside and on the outside of the polypropylene box.
Preservation & Return
Your gown is returned in an elegant preservation box, ready to be treasured for decades — or passed down to the next generation.
